Bob will give us an update on his activities in Uganda, where he has seen his efforts grow from supporting two orphans to providing and maintaining a school with 16 students! Ben Thacker-Gwaltney will be our guest speaker this Sunday, sharing his message "Compassion, a Practice for Connection". Ben explains, "Recognizing our interdependence with all beings can be difficult in times of conflict and fear. Our natural compassion can be a gateway to reconnect with our own good nature as well as other people from whom we feel alienated. A short talk will be followed by a guided meditation practice we can use right now!"
